Institutions affiliated with the Atatürk Supreme Council for Culture, Language and History accept internal and external comprehensive project applications biannually, in March and September. These projects are intended to support scholarly research on the Turkish language, history, culture, and all dimensions of Atatürk and his legacy, within the framework of the social and human sciences and in accordance with the principles outlined in the Scientific Research and Translation Directive.
For the September 2025 application period, project proposals must be submitted by Project Managers via the Scientific Project System available through the Integrated Information System at https://giris.ayk.gov.tr/ between September 1 and 30, 2025.
