Prof. Dr. Yüksel Özgen, President of the Turkish Historical Society, participated in the program organized jointly by the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) and the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, hosted by Ankara University, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and delivered an evaluation speech.
