Two significant agreements concerning the writing of recent Turkish Cypriot history were concluded. A cooperation protocol was signed between the Turkish Historical Society, the Bayrak Radio Television Corporation, and Ba\u015fkent University for the documentation and recording of the memoirs of individuals who have held political and administrative positions in Cyprus. In addition, a cooperation protocol was established between the Turkish Historical Society and the retired diplomat Mr. Osman Ertu\u011f, through which Mr. Ertu\u011f\u2019s personal digital archive was made accessible to researchers.<\/p>\n
